Hi, I'm Adrienne.
I love reading anything but nonfiction. I love the classics like The Phantom of the Opera, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Lord of the Flies which I'm currently reading.
Dan Brown, JK Rowling, Libba Bray, and Ellen Hopkins are among my favorite authors.

I like to listen to Utada Hikaru while I read, simply because I can't understand what she's saying so I can focus on the book with music in my head.
I like to listen to Breaking Benjamin, System of a Down, Muse, Three Days Grace, AFI, and 30 Seconds to Mars while I'm writing

I play piano and I'm in band. Nerdd!! I love to play video games and I wish I owned an X-box so I could play Halo.
Anyways, I hope that's enough information.
See you round!

The only thing original about you is you have amazing taste in music. And like games. I'm a fucking NERD when he comes to video games, and I play Piano.

-I sound like a 12 year old boy
-If I'm playing CoD4 or Halo3 and people find out I'm a girl. They T-Bag me.
-I get downsized for having a vagina if I speak one word into my head set.

Reasons I love xBox live:
- I can act like a lesbian, and for some reason that angers people ;D
- It's really funny when guys downsize you, then you blow them away with either, a noob tube to piss them off, or you just beat them with an AK-74 ;o

Hey Adrienne. I like your taste in music. And Ellen Hopkins is one of my favorites too! And my AFI poster is glaring at me from my wall so I should mention that I love them too

Dan Brown is pretty amazing, isn't he? Completely jealous of his ability to combine fiction with reality in such a believeable manner. Completely agree with the reading to Utada Hikaru, though I personally have her on my 'fall-asleep-on-the-bus' playlist. I listen to classical piano while reading. Now that's nerdy.

If you can stand black-and-white films, I totally and completely recomend you to the film version of To Kill A Mockingbird. Nominated for best picture, best supporting actress, and won best actor (Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch) at the Oscars that year!

Anyway, I'd be Christy, you'd be new. Therefore, I welcome you!

I can't even listen to Japanese songs when I'm reading - if I start to memorize the lyrics, I'll be compelled to try and sing along. I can listen to classical and any other lyric-less songs - I remember having one classical song on loop when reading through most of the Narnia series many years ago, and now I can only think of scenes from the books when I hear it.

Ooh, I play piano too, but it seems that /everyone/ does, so no one seems interested when I tell them that. And I'm scared to ask my parents for anything more than my beautiful, sleek, kind of crappy PS2 (and badly infected PC). Currently playing Shadow of the Colossus and loving it.

One more thing: This is probably all I'll ever say to you, since I'm never on this forum. I don't write much - teehee.

Yes, blue phoenix - reality bites. I get enough of it everyday, anyway.
