Congratulations! That's awesome - I hope you are blessed with an excellent readership.

Bookworm: Thank you <3 I've been really focusing on sound the last few months, I'm glad it's paying off.

I found a collector's item comic book in the basement that's worth 500!

Wow, everyone, congratulations! I'm happy for you all. Especially regarding the LV bag deal.

I won a Gold Key in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for a personal essay last year. That's about it.

I have no recent publications, or any that I'm proud of, but I'll boast like I am anyways.

The first poem I ever wrote, back in the 4th grade (2002-2003) was published in a collection of student poetry through some contest. My grandparents have the book, so if I ever find it I'll post my young poem and the title of the book. It was about 9/11.

The first poem I posted on here, "Lavender Mist" was published in another student collection when my teacher entered it into a contest my Junior year (2010). The book is "Acclaimed" thru the American Library of Poetry (and yes it is published with the same cliches and abstracts as the version on here ha, you would all have a field day critiquing the work in that book).

I'm hoping I'll eventually have some new and more prestigious things to brag about, but I'll just gloat with what I have until then.

Congrats to everyone and your achievements! We have some truly impressive people on this site!

I got accepted back to college doing three new classes after I failed. One of the reasons was because I was articulate. So woo!
