I'm Holly and im trying to come up with some lyrics for a song or two. i have had a few ideas but they dont seem to be going too well. :s I cannot actually play any instruments yet but i plan on learning. As i said before im trying to write some lyrics for songs. so if anyone is interested in making it a joint project let me know. i will post some ideas as soon as i have some slightly more solid stuff Please dont be too critical as im still very new to this. You could give me and idea to work on if you like to get me started.
Thanks I look forward to meeting some new friends

Aw, hey guys

You'll both get used to things around here soon enough.

What type of Lyrics do you want to write then? And what type of music do you like?

A songwriter? I'm surprised OrionRising hasn't replied to this thread yet! He writes lyrics and if goes nuts when a newbie does also, because not many people here do.
Welcome.

Hi and welcome,

I'm fairly new here myself and i spend a lot of my time writing songs. I can play the keyboard...just not very well. Good luck in learning to play an instrument and i look forward to seeing some of your lyrics posted here.

Waahoo!!! LYRICISTS!!! I am so happy! Haha. Thanks FayGee for the message. Anyways, C-Star, a few questions:

What music do you listen too?

What music do you plan on writing?

Have you ever finished a song?

What instruments do you want to learn? (I currently am teaching myself the guitar and have been thinking about taking up the keyboard/piano also.)

Welcome, welcome, welcome. Please, please, please shoot me a message if you have any questions whatsoever or if you want me to critique something.

Hey guys. Its soooo cool that you guys are so interested!

To answer your questions

1) I am into pop/ rock music - bands like mcfly, maroon 5, Darren Criss and train.
2) The lyrics i (attempt) write are quite light hearted. apart from those with more of a story

i cant remember the other questions. sorry :/ is there a chatty thing on here?
