Just wanted you all to know that Andy will be gone for the weekend. Please direct any of your PMs and questions to GeorgeMichael and me until Monday, unless they are things only Andy can answer.

Thanks!

But I was told that was proper grammar, and you can use it that way for some things!

-If I'm playing CoD4 or Halo3 and people find out I'm a girl. They T-Bag me.
-I get downsized for having a vagina if I speak one word into my head set.

Reasons I love xBox live:
- I can act like a lesbian, and for some reason that angers people ;D
- It's really funny when guys downsize you, then you blow them away with either, a noob tube to piss them off, or you just beat them with an AK-74 ;o

"To" is a preposition, so naturally the pronoun following it would need to be in the objective case since it is the object of the preposition.

Objective vs. Nominative Examples:

It is I. I is a predicate nominative (it renames the subject), so it would need to be in the nominative case
Whom should I talk to? This sounds kind of grating, but If you rearrange the wording to "I should talk to whom?" the reason it is objective is obvious.
You are a better writer than she You would never say "You are a better writer than her" because after she there is an implied is. You are saying "You are a better writer than she is." Naturally, you would need to use the nominative.
They want to use you more than him. The full form of the sentence would be "They want to use you more than they want to use him." Since him is the direct object, it would need to be in the objective case.

This isn't news, Shaun.

I'm also going to be gone for a few hours this evening to do laundry...
