If anyone is having problems with the chatroom please tell us here! Give the following info:

What message, if any, showed up?
What OS are you using?
What browser are you using?
Do you have Java? (you should, but just in case)

Let us know so that Andy can get on top of it and fix things.

Huh? I think it's just you, Shaun. I've seen almost everyone in there except Shadow.

The VERY first time I checked out the chat room it worked, but since then it hasn't.

It says: Error connecting to server
Windows,
Internet Explorer...but I'll go and check on Firefox...
And Yes I have Java.

Okay so never mind, Firefox works.

Hey Andy,

Every time (but one) that I get on chat, it gives me an error. I have tried google chrome, firefox, and safari each on four different computers. It did work one time, but the next time I used that computer it did not (and nothing was changed).

I'm using Mac OS X Version 10.6.8

And I am positive I have Java.

It says click for details and here is what is written there:

Java Plug-in 1.6.0_33
Using JRE version 1.6.0_33-b03-424-10M3720 Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM

s: dump system and deployment properties
t: dump thread list
v: dump thread stack
x: clear classloader cache

If I could get help with this it would be awesome!

Thanks,

tigress

It doesn't give me an error message, it just refuses to load. It's really annoying, and I've given up on it.

Java is a type of computer software that loads a variety of Internet applications. See here: http://www.java.com/en/

You should DL it, as a lot of things run in Java.
