I buy books wherever I can find them basically...sometimes at the used bookstore, sometimes at Borders, sometimes on Amazon, etc. It all depends. Some books you can't get in book stores...

I usually just swing by Barnes and Nobles, Books-A-Million, or Borders, whichever I happen to be closer to and pick it up, but if it's not available at those I order it off Amazon. I had to do that for "The Penguin Book of Vampires" an anthology of classic vampire stories compiled by Alan Ryan.

Oh, I have a system! First I check through my favourite groups on Chapters.com, I then pick a book and look for it in the library's online catalogue. If it's available, I order it and pick it up in about a week. If the book isn't there *gasp* I tell the library to buy it, then go to the nearest bookstore and get it anyway. If I really, really, really love a book from the library... I beg my parents to pay for my own copy.
My sister wheedled a cell out of them, and now they tell me I'd better make BETTER use of the library. Sigh... On another note... Amazon confuses me, how can you people use it?!

I usually get my books through the bookstore, but if I'm at school it's through the library... my school librarian knows my name... but I never told it to her... creepy lol

*wails*
There are absolutely NO bookstores in my town! It's THAT small! The best place to buy books is freaking Wal-Mart. So I use the library, unless I happen to go to Cincinnati to the mall.
