My name's Amanda. I'm thirteen and well, I specialize in writing 'bout well, almost anything. How new am I? Erm, I just joined a few minutes ago.

Stuff 'bout me:
1. I live on an island ( I'm not a Pacific Islander....I'm Asian )

2. I'm one of those geeks who talks trash while playing Tetris. Why? Because I'm so awesome (BAD!) at it. Aha! J/k

3. The reason why I got on this site is well, because, I was just too tired of everyone saying that my work is good when they don't really know what critiquing is.

4. Mainly, my work leans a bit towards the fantasy genre and well, I sometimes do write some horror and romance....or it may end up with the three being all mixed up. ><

In truth, I'm really scared and nervous.
I'm such a n00b.

Don't be scared! We don't bite. Not usually.

Anyway, welcome to YWO! Please take a look at the Rules and the Critique Guidelines. Also, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Hey, I'm an islander, too.

Welcome, you seem very excitable, but you have good grammar, so that's awesome. It's good you're looking for proper critiques, we like those here, very muchly.

Anhoo, generic questions ahoy!

What's your favourite book/series and what authors do you like?

Hey, what's up? The name's Will; glad to meet you. Anyway, follow the rules and such, and you'll do just fine. Other than that, happy writing. Remember to look both ways before you make a sandwhich since the kitchen's so dangerous (knives always attack me whenever I go in, anyway). [If you can't tell, I'm the corny joke maker. ]

Other than that, peace out with the rest of that jazz.
Me: I'm just that brilliant Lily that I can remember all the newb names.

Hiya! My name is Hannah and I'm also sort of new. I already read and critiqued one of your stories. I thought it was great. Write a Part 2 please!

@Majyk o___O I'll be ready *Gets pillow* >< xD

@Spacepirate Aww, what happened? Haha, thanks for the advice on critiquing. I'll try my best from now on.

@AliceGriffin Thanks for the welcome

@Rose Thanks! And Asians rock! xD We're awesome at math! >< (I'm not very, though >< ) I'm Filipino, btw. xP

@Lykaios Yay! At least my grammar is legit! xD (Reason why is because the grammar teachers at my school are like wolves xP ) Hmm, there are a lot of series that I like. Authors too.
Here's a short list:
Immortal Instruments Trilogy by Cassandra Clare
The Iron Fey Trilogy by Julie Kagawa
Darkest Powers Series by Kelley Armstrong
The Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling
Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
Gone Series by Michael Grant
The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins
Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan

Well, those are some of my favorites in a nutshell. xP
Islanders rock, too! xDD

@thecollector The kitchen? Really?! *throws pillow at knives* "Take that!" xD

@Schooner 'Sup, Hannah! Oh yeah, I saw your critique. I thought it was a good one. Ehh, in truth, I think I suck. >< I need lessons to work on my (choppy!) writing. xD But they don't have that where I live. D: Oh yeah, and I read one of your stories, too. Love the sarcasm. Mmk, I'm working on a Part Two right now. Wanna help me?

Thanks for the welcome, guys!
I don't feel so lonely any more.
Rawr! Now,
Peace my fellow literary masterpiece creators and those murderous kitchen utensils,

Hi Amanda, welcome to YWO. We have a lot in common, did you know? We're both Asian, both 13 and both write fantasy. Awesome . Oh, and I'm a noob too.
You're on an island? Which island? I'm on a big island as well .
I should shut up now right? Well, have a look around, and if you ever feel that you want to noob talk, leave me a message.
