I've never had this problem (because I don't show my writing to my friends), but this might be helpful for those of you who do. Or the questions might work for critiques on this site.

Yeah, those are good questions to ask and you could probably easily adapt them for a short story or something as well.

They are quite helpful. But I'm the same as you Majyk I never show writing to my friends but I guess I could ask my parents or my dog
