I like the double dash (--) because it's kind of like a semi-colon, but different. Plus, I tend to interrupt a lot in my dialogue, like:

"Yeah, but--"
"I don't want to hear it!"

Double dash, lol. I love it.

I love the semicolon, for some strange reason. I think my poems show that; I have to watch or I'll find that every sentence has one. Then the sentence stretches on; some people don't like that...
The ellipsis is a close second...

I have a particular liking for the semicolon which I simply cannot explain. Then it's the ellipse.

Semicolons all the way! Although I love the ellipse and the dash to. Why have one period when you can have three?

Semi-colon, just cuz it makes things sound smoother a lot of the time.
