Hiya!

I just joined after a friend, Zaphkiel, told me about this website. I meant to join earlier but had a family reunion to attend. A warning, I might take a while to reply because I tend to forget when I join sites like this and post threads. Don't think I'm never going to get back to you, it just might be a mighty long time!

I would welcome you, but why bother? Soon you'll forget me, and I'll be alone again.

Welcome to YWO. Do you write fiction, or non fiction?

Well now, that's a pessimistic view, ne?

I write fiction. I've only read a couple of nonfiction books that I actually enjoyed.

*sniffle* You said howdy...
This is why people in the North think that all Southern people say "Ya'll" and "Howdy."

I cringe from the words.

But being from Texas, I do say "ya'll" a lot because it's easier. "Ain't" too.

*punches self* x.o

Welcome to YWO.

And I hope you do remember this place. It is quite lovely and all.

Hello, I'm Phantom and you'll find I'm rather popular in these parts (kidding).
Howdy? I'm from Ohio so we say ain't but that is about it... Some say them thar too...
I write realistic fiction and scripts that are generally realistic fiction also.
Do you write realistic, fantastic, or poetry?

I do reassure you that I don't actually say "howdy" in real life. ^_^ But I do tend to say "ya'll" as well when speaking.

When I say "ya'll" my friends look at me weird because I don't live in a place where people say "ya'll". In fact, I live in a place where "ya'll" is disdained. But I just think it's fun-to-say...
