Hellooo! Welcome to YWO! What do you like to write? What kind of music do you listening to?

Hello there! Well, I'd like to develop a full-length novel sometime in the future, though right now I'm developing short stories...as for my favourite music? Why wouldn't you believe a person can like EDM and classical at the same time?

Thanks for responding [The Enchanted Muggle], in any case.

Wow, ain't that interestin' :p

Well, I guess the things I write are not supposed to be contained in any one genre. I spot action, suspense, and a ton of meta moments in my stories. Actually, having to know a 'genre' is going to hold me down when writing, so I write on what I have on my mind. In any case, I've only started writing a few months ago after several years worth of *hiatus*. I got two short stories and a developing full-length novel under my belt as of now.

Thanks, really! For responding.

Haha "Hiatus"s are the worst.

What kinds of books do you read? Who is your favorite author?

Well, I read a wide variety of books, ranging from fiction (Tom Clancy) to nonfiction (Thomas Piketty). I also read translated novels from the likes of Natsume Soseki and Vladimir Nabokov. There's a lot of other authors in my bookshelf right now but most of their names escape me (haha!)

As for the hiatus...haha, I couldn't really help that period of time! But now, now I'm doing the best I can.

Thanks.

I had about two years' hiatus due to starting college. Here's hoping we can both pick it up again! Do you ever dip a hand in poetry?

For me? I did poetry for a period of time, although I decided I was better at prose than poetry (haha!). Anyhow, in any case, it's great to meet y'all!

Ha, I did about the opposite; dropped into prose long enough to realize that I was better at poetry. Welcome to the forum!
