I find when I PM the admins for help they don't usually respond. So for Shaun and Andy I am going to suggest a center in the community forums for help for non- newbies. Thanks, Pony123

A fair idea, though you could probably get help in the "Help and FAQ" in the newbie section, or starting a thread in the Common Room. You might also have better luck contacting a Moderator (people with green names) as Shaun is quite busy and doesn't come on so often, and I haven't seen Andy around in months. So if a moderator can help you, you should try them first (and, of course, sometimes a moderator can only do so much).

Pro-tip: because my first instinct is to procrastinate anything I see as an obligation or responsibility, asking me for a critique is a good way to make sure I never give you a critique.

Are non- newbies allowed to use the help center?

Of course! If you have a question and you're not so new anymore, it might be a better idea to ask a mod as you might know them better. You can always just hit up a VM/PM about it and we'll usually reply when we get it - we're fairly consistent with hovering around.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Our names are Green for a reason, please do not be God-fearing.

ask a mod, or anyone who's been here for a few years. Most people can answer.

As the others have said, you can use the FAQ Thread to ask questions, or you can contact a moderator. Moderators generally deal with site management, helping with questions, member problems, critiques and things like that, where the admins more run us and keep the site functioning - you should only need to contact an admin if you are being bullied online, feel threatened or scared by anything, or are having issues that a moderator cannot deal with, but generally it's still a good idea to contact a moderator about things like that first as most of us have faster ways of contacting Shaun.
