I have usurped the throne. Let the reign of merriment and whimsey commence.

So, basically, how this goes down is you guys suggest some pieces you read that were posted during the month of July, 2013, link them here, and in a few weeks they're placed in the Site News section where everyone can see them and they can get some well-deserved attention. There'll be 2-4 pieces from short stories, novels, poetry, etc.

So, if you've got something that really struck you, something that maybe glitters a bit brighter than other pieces you've read, go ahead and link it here. Oh, and remember that posts from Threadbox Prose and one of the Threadbox Poems are also eligible for display.

The mods will consider these suggestions along with their own favorites to create the list. Please don't be shy! Also, don't suggest yourself. That's not very yolo.

Hmmm, seeing as it's now the 21st, we should probably put the spotlights up. Buuuuuut my account doesn't have access to the site news page, so can someone else do it?
