Thanks to everyone who suggested work for the spotlight! Let the authors know what you liked, and maybe leave a critique or two in the original threads (if it's in a threadbox, VM or PM the author). Some of these pieces could use a little extra love and attention.

Oh, thanks! I hadn't realized I'd been given the nod. Congrats to everyone else I think I must be getting to Infinity_Man's story, now. I owe him.

Thanks a lot - I actually forgot the poem existed, too.

I'll try to get a critique of yours soon (I have a stupid work schedule). It's looking lonely with just Georgy's critique.

Pro-tip: because my first instinct is to procrastinate anything I see as an obligation or responsibility, asking me for a critique is a good way to make sure I never give you a critique.

Thanks, heh. I didn't want to ask this time around since I worry that I'm bothering people, and I wanted to see how many crits I could get without asking. I miss when I used to get 5-7 just by posting stuff.

It's weird being in the spotlight for poetry and knowing that Bridget should have all the spots.

But still happy to see my name there. Thanks guyz.

Thanks for the spotlight. I actually finished that novel, A Summer's End, last week and have started a new one.
I'm about 7000 words in. I think I'm going to start posting that novel instead, it's better suited for this forum than the first one.

(That is, as soon as I get through all the chapters of YLSP I've missed!)

Oh wow thanks! And ahh hey Sky! I found A Summer's End unique as well as beautifully written. I'm sorry to see it go. And don't even worry about YLSP, it's undergoing some serious revision. As is my other novel in progress. I'm hoping with summer I'll be able to power through the editing and jumpstart my posting again.
