Great! So, Zaph, you put some categories you think would be best into a poll.

Well...

-Most popular novel
-Most dedicated Member
-Writer with best potential

These are what I came up with. I have more, but I want others to express their ideas too.

I don't think you should do "Most popular novel", 'cos we'd just have to put the novel with the most critiques for that. The other two are good. I'd nominate you for the latter.

Oh! Thanks Shadow, and to tell you the truth, I was most likely going to give you the "Most Dedicated Member". Just look at all the posts you have, not to mention that I see you in every RPG.^_^

So, not "Writer With Most Potential"?

Naw, only joking, I know I don't deserve that. Well, I don't really deserve "Most Dedicated Member", either, 'cos Raf, Shaun and Nyx all have more posts than me and all of them but Shaun appear in my RPGs than me.

I still think you're a dedicated member and a skilled writer, though.^_^ And give yourself more credit for crying out loud. Your just as good as everyone else on this site and you know it.

I'm just as good?! All my crits on The Lost Prince had about twenty errors specified in them. That is a pretty big bring-down.

No one starts off as the perfect writer, Shadow. I studied hard about all the key elements of novel writing. I've read exactly 16 books on characterization, imagery, Dialogue, and Literary terms of the novel. I've even studied things like foreshadowing, premises, flashbacks, dreams, Point of view-just so I could apply them to writing. I've done all this and I still have so much to study and learn. People say that I'm so good, or that I don't need to study, but their wrong. Everything involves some sort of study. Once you study more on these aspects, I guarentee your skill level will reach new heights, take it from me.^_^

I think I can clearly say that Zaph is also a talented writer. Very patient too. I need to work on that concerning my novels: hunker down, describe things more often, slow the pace down...I'm just so used to writing action
