Ah yes, the first spotlight in months! Welcome back, my dusty old friend.

Okay, so, since April was National Poetry Writing Month, or NaPoWriMo, all of the suggestions were poems. Not surprising in the least.

We have:

Azrael and The Birthing Season by yours truly, Dabs.

Litany, with Slippage and Ghazal by Isis

Extended Haiku by Jack

and finally

White-tail by owl

Thanks for a decent showing this month! I'd like to get even more recommendations for the May spotlight, so please keep reading and writing your fellow site-goers' work!
