This is just a reminder to all members:

If you ever receive an inappropriate and/or spam-ish message of any kind, do not hesitate to tell a Moderator OR report it using the report function. This is especially so for ANY message which you may find inappropriate or that makes you uncomfortable. We take this stuff seriously on YWO. Your safety is important to us, both in the real world as in the virtual.

P.S.: I bring this up because of two spam-ish PMs that were reported to us in the last week.

I think I might have been one to get one myself, but I'm not for sure so I've reported it to Infinity Man.
Sucks that stuff like this happens.

I received kinda strange message in private mail box recently but I thought I shouldn't bother InfinityMan with such trifle. The message was an advertisment or kind of. As far as I could understand some people try to use YWO for their private, perhaps commercial, goals.
"And the internet has everything on it. It's a blessing and a curse."
"The point of poetic prose, in my opinion, is to illuminate a truth, make us see something that's there, but hidden."
"I believe we stand together to address the real issues facing this country, not allow them to divide us by race or where we come from. Let's create an America that works for all of us, not the handful on top." Senator B.Sanders

So, first off, don't be afraid to report anything at all, Georgy. Dealing with "trifle" is why I'm a mod. And at the same time, I'm not the only mod, so please don't rely solely on me to deal with these things--especially since I've been away and without internet all week, so it could have been forever until I saw your messages. Please use the "report post" or "report private message" buttons first, rather than contacting me directly, because then every mod is made aware of the issue and it's more likely to be dealt with quickly.

Pro-tip: because my first instinct is to procrastinate anything I see as an obligation or responsibility, asking me for a critique is a good way to make sure I never give you a critique.
