[ The title is French, not a typo ]

I recently went on a family trip minus my father to Dundurn Castle and the Botanical Gardens. These are a few of the photos from that trip. Critique please!

Spoiler:
Waterfall,

Spoiler:
Watermelon baby, not from the trip, from my backyard

Spoiler:
Also from my backyard

Spoiler:
The most amazing willow tree in existence, and this one is actually from my trip!

Spoiler:
From the roof of the front extension of Dundurn..

Spoiler:
And Dundurn Castle itself! From the back..

What can I say? They're all amazing, especially the first one. The willow tree could use a bit less blur.
This is when I wish we had a comment option. Just wanted to say that that first picture is goodgoodgood

The views themselves are pretty and I'm sure that pictures are nice as well. However, you practically destroyed the beauty by adding HUGE amount of blur and making colors so very fake and burning. A little bit of editing is always good but it's easy to go too far and your pictures are an example of it. I would be much happier to see the originals of pictures.

Okay, so by themselves these pictures could have been great. You are a good photographer. I have no problem what-so-ever with editing as long as it is not overdone. You ruined the raw beauty of these pictures. The blurring filter I believed you used was way overdone, sweetie. If you still have the originals I would urge you to try again with less editing. Try to keep as much natural beauty as possible in the picture, and only touch up what really needs it.

Feel free to ask for my help at any time.

I have to say, all these photographs are just amazing, especially the waterfall and tree. It must've took a while to position yourself and get the right filter to get the perfect picture, and I'm sure the rest of YWO and I appreciate the time it took you to get these amazing pictures. These are just amazing.

Before I begin typing, let me just tell you how lovely these photos are. My favorite overall is the waterfall, due to the way you captured the water, with a perfected amount of distortion. The rest of the photos are also just as brilliant, but I disagree with some of the shading/blurring selections. However, you have a fine eye for great photos, and that's something to be very proud of!
