1. Ghana is the only place where you're presumed guilty until proven innocent.
2.You can get the latest movie a week before it's premiere.
3. You don't have to be extremely rich to be cool.
4. Teenagers have to be dancers, rappers or wear the latest fashion to be part of the in crowd.
5. Hip hop is the only cool music to listen to. All other genres are NOT.
6. Reading isn't fashionable among teens-neither is writing stories.
7. The latest songs must include a lexicon of profane words.
8. You can count on corruption like rain in September.
9. A little greasing of the palms didn't hurt anyone.
10. The person who doesn't stand in line gets served first.

Sadly enough, that's where i live and i can assure you that's it's all true.
As my mom and pals continually remind me, i should have been born elsewhere in the world(in the uk or usa) but for some reason i landed here.

I am not a big Africa fan myself and I hate (yes it's a big word but it describes my feelings) hip hop/rap music!!!!!! Country, Folk, and Pop is totally my thing. I just don't get rapping, if you want to talk, talk, just don't talk and sing at the same time. Same with screaming!!! Ugh!!!!
