I had an amazing day yesterday. 5321 words. But seeing as I pushed past midnight, it counts for both.

I will say, I'm slightly cheating. I'm starting the novel after having written three chapter(12 k) of it. Not counting that, though, do I guess it's ok?

So, I wasn't doing this Camp NaNo thing since I was finishing up one of my novels at the beginning of June, and then I didn't have an idea for another one until June 9th. But... seeing as I've written 45,000 words since the 9th, I guess I was subconsciously participating?

It's not all the same story, though. I wrote 32,000 and then decided to put that story on hold, picked up a story from last August that already had 32,000 words, and am almost finished with that now. My summer sort of ends in a week and a half, so I've been trying to do as much writing as I can before then.

EDIT: Next year, we should word war or something.
