I'm not intimately acquainted with liquors myself (16 here, almost 17. Chie is 18 almost 19 though. Apparently she drank some back in Japan, but it's not legal for her here, and she said that other than schnapps she doesn't really care for alcohol.), but I know a bit mostly because I studied the properties of alcohol for chemistry and biology, and I used various sources of alcohol, obviously the easier ones to attain were things like rubbing alcohol or the minor minor amount in listerine, although I messed around with some of the stuff from me mum's malt beers. Oh, and cooking sake for Tempura sauce. It's funny, it has a higher percentage of alcohol than anything legal in any store other than a liquor store here in Utah. Obviously, it's boiled away when you use it to make the sauce of course. Hah, I just imagined people getting drunk while eating tons of Tempura basted in heaps of sauce.
