Nope, what is it about?

It's about these aliens who come to Earth and lay down the law using their technology and power to stop all wars and violence in the entire world. The stifle all the "bad" qualities of humanity in an effort to provide the 'breeding ground' for the next evolutionary step for humans.

It's a decent book. One thing you have to note when reading it is that it was written, initially, in serialized form, meaning that each piece was written as a stand alone so that it could be put in a pulp magazine.
