Take Saturday, that's fine. I'm going to do Tuesdays starting next week. I couldn't get to it this week as I had an essay and too much to do today due to procrastinating over the weekend...not to mention a LOT of issues with a new campaign from TW about causing problems here, which goes to show their immaturity (their being the members wanting to bash us...it's really sad that they have nothing better to do).


If it's alright for me to ask this, but could all of you guys be sort of an extra set of eyes for a while? We're announcing a new mod, but I think between the three of us we're still going to be a little pressed to catch everything immediately. So if you guys see anything that seems to violate the rules, etc. please please please PM Andy or I or the new mod. I might as well just tell you guys it's GeorgeMichael...he's being made into one hopefully tonight. I just want to make sure Andy and I don't get stressed dealing with their crap...because when we get stressed it can cause problems and I really want to make it seems as much as possible that their behavior really doesn't cause us any issues :P. I think it's funny really...just a little irritating to have to watch them like hawks.

Oops, I posted that in the wrong area...oh well, it's out there. I just want to clarify, TW itself isn't the one running a campaign, but certain members are sort of reaching out to cause problems and we've dealt with one of them already. I know of one other person from there that came here and that person did a critique and I don't see anything wrong with it...actually it's a good critique and it's not a fluffy crit, but a constructive one pointing out serious flaws in a story...which is what critting is for...

Oh, trust me...I'd be the first one to report things like that. Heck, this is site has been a haven for me, and I'll be damned if I let hostility and uncivility run through it. :)

First off, I'm not bashing TW. I'm simply mentioning that certain members of TW are setting off to cause problems. I would say the same thing if they were from YWS or from MSN.com. The location isn't the issue, it's the people themselves.

I clarified that in a later post too. TW itself isn't responsible for anything happening at YWO or anything being developed by individual members of TW to cause problems here or elsewhere. I never said that and anyone at YWO who thinks TW is responsible needs to think again. TW is NOT responsible for what individual members do at YWO in any fashion.

I read Shaun's posts, and I think he made it really clear TW itself wasn't to blame for the behavior of a few. I didn't get the impression anyone was being accused, save the people causing the trouble...

I think the problem was that I worded the first post improperly, and for that I do apologize. I can see why someone would think it was an attack on TW. It wasn't meant to be and I'm not blaming TW. I'm blaming the actions of a couple of immature people with nothing better to do (you know, like write).

Look guys, I left TW because I felt they were too lenient with bad mouthing and verbal abuse.
They have some members that have no respect for anyone or anything but themselves.

Please, don't start problems with them. That was my home for a long time, and I'd bet it was your home for a bit too.

As long as they leave us alone, we should leave them alone.

I'm really angry with the way I was treated there, but that doesn't mean I want to start an all out war.

Guys, please do not bash TW or its members. We don't have an alliance with them and we probably never will, however we can easily be civil and have a good relationship of sorts. Let's leave it at that. There will be no war on them or on us that is perpetrated or supported by staff.
