New Navigation System

I've rearranged the site navigation system. In short, The Info Center was not the best way to do it. From any page, it took 3 clicks to reach the Rules page, among others, and this wasn't very efficient. So we're testing out a new one. If it works for everyone, then we're going to keep it.

A basic summary of what's different:

The Info Center is gone, and has been replaced with a combination of drop-down menus in the navigation bar, plus some other pages.

The Drop-Down Menus are:
Site Info: This takes you to the old Site Information Page. In the drop-down list, you can also jump to the About page, or the Rules page.
Resources: This displays four links to different types of literary resources.
Web Stuff: This has the Affiliates, Link Buttons, and Downloads pages.
Quick Links: This has some other random links:
The Calendar
View Posts Created Today
List of All Members
Mark all the forums as read (those red book icons will all change to blue ones)
Subscribed Threads
View your profile
View Who's Online To view a list, move your mouse over it. You can also view a list as a separate page by clicking the list's title.

The statistics are on the Site Information page. Since it's probably not something a lot of people look at, we moved it out of the way.
