New Literature Policy

Shaun and I have decided to adopt a new policy regarding new members posting literature. If a new member creates more than one literature thread, but has not yet done any critiques, then we'll remove all but one of those threads.

They won't be gone forever, though. A staff member can un-delete it in the future, if that member starts contributing some critiques.

Since the critique warning (http://www.youngwritersonline.net/showthread.php?t=381) we introduced a while back is still being displayed to new members, there should be no excuse for anyone going and posting, say, 5 things. It's rather rude and unfair, so now we'll be deleting any extra ones that they make.
