Hello! I'm Natalie and I live in Lima, Peru.
So I joined this site because at the moment i'm working on a local magazine and I want to improve my qualities as a writer.
A little bit about myself...
I love to have fun, to laugh, to do dangerous stuff, to say whatever I think, to try until I reach what I want and I can help analyzing every single aspect of my life. That's the way I am.
I started writing in a diary and then I realized I could take very good ideas from the things I live.
I hope I learn something useful from here and I hope I make good critiques.
Ce tout!

Welcome to YWO, Natalie! That was quite an intro. Very telling of you as a person BUT what about as a writer? Do you fancy poems, short stories or novels? Which genres etc... You look like a good newb, so I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself around the site. Have fun!

I hope I learn something useful from here and I hope I make good critiques.

If you stick around long enough and pay attention to the rules, I'm certain you'll learn something useful! You can start by checking out the Critique Guidelines (http://www.youngwritersonline.net/critiques.php) if you haven't already. So, welcome to YWO; if you have any questions, feel free to ask me or one of the other mods. ^^

Oh sure, me as a writer. I'm very dramatic and extremist in my life and that is reflected in my writing, although I might want to write a simple poem, it's always shouting drama.
Ha! But don't get me wrong I'm pretty cool:P
I enjoy writing poetry. I usually write about social situations all over the world, but I also like fantasy.
I like to stand out strong emotions in my poems. Good and bad emotions.
For example I love the aspects of humanity that Shakespeare highlights in his works. Envy, jealousy, passion.
And in the other side, a very simple example could be Gladiator ( yes... including all the commercial stuff it has), It's one of my favorite movies because it's about Honor and Strength as the line says. Those are values that I consider important and that have been misunderstood and lost with the passage of time.
So generally when I write an essay or a poem it's about one single emotion.

Hello Natalie, and welcome to YWO, hope you enjoy your stay here :)
If you need any thing about anything, feel free to ask anyone here ^^
And I am not sure if anyone told you about it, (I think probably yes) but just in case, make sure that you read the FAQ & Rules and the Critique Guidelines. Other than that, you are ready to go. :P

Hi and welcome :)

Ooh yes Shakespeare and emotions, I totally agree :P I like emotions as a focus point of a piece of writing. Hope to see some of your stuff soon, see you around! :)

Although we must remain emotionally detached from our own work at all times...

... or chance running foul of Basil Hallward, and I do not want to be killed again.
