Welcome to the site. It's past midnight here, so I'm too tired to give a proper intro or even tell you that you really should capitalize your "i"s. Well, looks like I did, so maybe not tired enough to leave out that.

Oh well I just finished Catch22 :) Loved it! ... I also adore:
Sylvia Plath, Dostoevsky (I think my favourite book of all time has to be "Notes From Underground"), Oliver Sacks, George Orwell, Jon McGregor, Kafka and many, many more :).
Thank You all for the welcome, sorry for my i's ;)!

You, I like. I don't say that often. How old are you?
Catch-22 is indeed, da bomb. God I love that book. Although the beginning slightly lagged a bit, I love the characters.
George Orwell = a win.
Kafka... Meh. I don't like him being translated. Messes up the German sentence structure. You prefer his novels or short stories?

Kafka? You've read Kafka? Wow. That's something I didn't know about you... *runs off to find a Kafka book*

Oh my fucking god.
Metamorphosis is good but I got sooooooo bored reading The Castle, unbelievably. It just sort of dragged on and on, even with the mystery of 'the castle' and 'k'. He never finished it did he?. Meh, I might get into him later.
Personally, I like reading shorts. Hemingway is big (I love that guy), and so is Aldous Huxely right now. You've made me want to read Kafka again.
