Signs: Did anyone else like this movie?

I'm curious if anyone else found Signs to be enjoyable. It's one of my favorites...if you don't like it could you say why?

Yeah...it was a sweet movie. I thought it was unrealistic how they defeated the aliens so easily, but whatever...the suspense and the feel of the movie was brilliant by far...

Who defeated the aliens easily? The family or mankind? Cause there's little indication it was an easy defeat for mankind :S

I mean...the alien's secret weakness is water? Well...whatever...it turned to be a good movie, so I don't really mind...

I watched that movie with my Grandma, I kind of think she's an alien herself. :D

I thought it was okay....Nothing I can really say I hated about it but it's not my favorite or anything.

Well, in theory if the aliens came from a planet where water doesn't exist they wouldn't be aware that they are allergic to water. I particularly liked the part where the young girl had a phobia over her water...because it tied in with the end very well!
