Jackass, the show/movies: Hate it, like it, or a mixture of both?

I'll be honest, I love some of it, and I hate some of it. I can't stand any of the gross stuff (things involving poo, pee, or genitals and similar), and I don't like any of the really violent stuff (things like giving yourself paper cuts, or piercing your butt closes). However, I really love all of the stuff that acts as social commentary or even just plain randomness (probably why I loved that Trigger Happy show). The semi-violent stuff I find entertaining too, so long as it isn't really bad stuff (I thought it was funny when they had the Jai-alai guys throwing oranges at two of the characters, or the bull riding is funny too).

So, what do you think of the show?

Never really watched it...I saw the commercials, and all I could think of was: 'good job on potentially being the next candidate for the Darwin Awards...'

They do a lot of really stupid stuff and like I said, I don't like the gross or really violent stuff, but they have dome some really interesting things.
They did one thing where they had one of the guys dressed up in big arm casts so it looked like both his arms were broken and had him with his pants down and up. In the pants down version he tried to get people to help him pull them up and button them for him, and in the other he tried to get them to unzip so he could go to the bathroom. It was really interesting to see how uncomfortable people got even though here is this guy with two broken arms.
The show is quite funny when they aren't being gross or complete, well, jackasses. The social commentary is the best, in all actuality.
I don't think maturity has anything to do with liking the show though Imelda :P. You should know that from personal experience with me :P.

And Raf, maybe borrow one of the DVD's from a friend or something and skip over anything that is gross. I could probably tell you what stuff you'd dislike if you wanted to know :P. I skip all that stuff :D.

But I love it, like when dude scorched his nipples. But I am getting a bit old for it. Steve-0 has ridiculous tattoo though, now he's just milking the cash cow. He's not really into it.

I can't stand the papercut stuff. It drives me crazy. It's so uncomfortable to watch. I can handle seeing people shot with paintballs or hit with oranges or with a firehose, but the papercuts is too much for me :S.
