Big Announcement: The Future of SBS

This will be brief, because more information will be coming in the future (as I get it and develop it).

I've decided that we are going to have a second issue of SBS. It will be themed (and future issues will be themed as well). The theme will be a fairly general one, but specific enough so that the stories or poems we accept reflect an obvious common place.

More information to come. Guidelines are being discussed.
