Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I'm gonna try to post a new question every week.
These questions will be heavy and may take some hard thinking. Feel free to share your thoughts.
Question 1: You, your closest friend, and your father are on vacation together, hiking in a remote jungle. Your two companions stumble into a nest of poisonous vipers and are bitten repeatedly. You know neither will live without an immediate shot of anti-venom, yet there is only a single dose of anti-venom and it's in your pocket. What do you do?
Question 2: While in the government, you discover the President is committing extortion and other serious crimes. By exposing the situation you might bring about the President's downfall, but your career would be destroyed because you would be framed, fired, and publicly humiliated on other matters. Knowing you would be vindicated five years later, would you blow the whistle? What if you knew you would never be vindicated?
Question 3: While out one day, you are surprised to see your mother holding hands with someone who is clearly her lover. She notices you, runs over, and begs you not to say anything to your father. How would you respond? What would you do if your father later told you that he was going crazy because he kept thinking your mother was having an affair yet knew it was just his imagination?
Question 4: You have the chance to meet someone with whom you can have the most satisfying love imaginable-the stuff of dreams. Sadly, you know that in six months the person will die. Knowing the pain that would follow, would you still want to meet that person and fall in love? What if you knew your lover would not die, but betray you instead?
Question 5: On a busy street you are approached apologetically by a well dressed stranger who asks for a dollar to catch a bus and make a phone call. He says he has lost his wallet. What would you do? If approached in the same way by a haggard-looking stranger claiming to be hungry and unable to find a job, what would you do?
Question 6: If you were happily married, and then met someone you felt was certain to bring you deeply passionate, intoxicating love, would you leave your spouse? What if you had kids?
Question 7: You are in an elevator on the way to an important meeting when an old woman, a midget, a bodybuilder, and a fat man all enter the confined space at the same time. Considering that each person is getting off at different floors, and a heavy odor fills the air, what would you do? What if only a midget and an old woman walked in? What if you were running a little late?

Grr, I have to think this one over. I think I would save my dad or take way too long to decide and end up having both of them die.
Hm... I would save my dad.

Well, my dad's already dead, so it would have to be my stepdad. If that is the case, it's my friend's lucky day (besides the painful snake bites). And even if it was my real dad, my friend will still be saved.
Eh.... don't really have one best friend persay, and my dad is close enough to kicking the bucket as it is, so I don't really know. Probably a friend, but I'm not sure

I would definitely tell, but not because it's the right thing to do. Unfortunately for others, I would only tell because of my own selfish desires for immortality and not for exposing the wrong.

I'd strike a deal with him so I'd end up with a hell of a lot of money, then I'd put it all in Swiss bank accounts, move to Europe, get myself all settled, and then release all the information after I'm comfortable and doing just fine.
Nobody screws with my country or my career and gets away with it without me getting rich in the process...

I would go to save my dad, then He would tell me to save my friend, and then I would probably try to split the shot between them, and then they would both die.

I'd expose the president and go and join a native tribe. ;)
Well, I've never met my biological father, in which case my step dad will replace him. I'd probably be staring at those two choking people on the floor in horror, but when it really comes down to it, I'd choose my step-dad. He makes my mom happy.

My mother is divorced and gay. So this question doesn't apply to me. My Father is a douchebag anyway, so I probably wouldn't say anything anyway. Let him go crazy. Bastard.

Hello Freinds.
This is True that" friend is need friend indeed" but of course family comes first also. so I will save my Dad because he is also my good and best friend.
Thanks for sharing.
I would let him go crazy too. And to the 1st, I'd give the anti-poison to any of my friends before him too. And I would do the same thing Shaun would do for #2, he read my mind.

Yes to the first, no to the second. Betrayal hurts more than losing someone on good terms. That is all.

Hopeless romantic that I am, I'd still go for the love.
" 'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. "
Yeah, I'd get hurt either if the person died or betrayed me, but I just know I'd still dive in. Either way we'll all most likely be dead before the age of one hundred, may as well enjoy love and life while you can, not spend it fearing the future. <-- I see that as optimistic, not pessimistic :P ^^

I'd probably give the antidote to my dad, just because family is more important to me. But then again, my dad has lived most of his life already, so that wouldn't be fair to my best friend. What can I say? I've got my hands tied.:(
Question 2: While in the government, you discover the President is committing extortion and other serious crimes. By exposing the situation you might bring about the President's downfall, but your career would be destroyed because you would be framed, fired, and publicly humiliated on other matters. Knowing you would be vindicated five years later, would you blow the whistle? What if you knew you would never be vindicated?
As stupid as it sounds, I'd do what I believe is right. I report his wrongdoings, regardless of what he or the country thinks of me. It balls down to that I didn't do anything wrong, right?
Question 3: While out one day, you are surprised to see your mother holding hands with someone who is clearly her lover. She notices you, runs over, and begs you not to say anything to your father. How would you respond? What would you do if your father later told you that he was going crazy because he kept thinking your mother was having an affair yet knew it was just his imagination?
A part of me would say "He'll find out one way or another, might as well beat her to it" but it's not my place to get involved with my parents' issues. Oh, what am I to do?:(

If I knew that he would betray me later on, then I'd be very disappointed in him. However, if I didn't know, then I'd still be with him, even if he was going to die. Who wants to be alone while knowing that they would soon die? It may hurt after he dies, but I would have no regrets.
Awesome, thought-provoking questions:D

What would you do? If approached in the same way by a haggard-looking stranger claiming to be hungry and unable to find a job, what would you do?
If I had a dollar I might consider giving it to him unless he was being annoying or smelled like booze.
In the latter case, I'd buy him something to eat, but I wouldn't give him money. I've had homeless people say they wanted money for food, and when I offered them food, they said "oh, I can't have that, it's bad for my health," in which case I basically say, "well I'm not giving you money." I'm not buying someone booze. I'll fill your stomach, not drown out your sorrows.

I'd give them the money regardless of what they looked like; I wouldn't know his situation and I'd rather believe he was telling the truth and lose a small amount of money I'd only spend on chocolate anyway, to help someone out.
There has only been one person who's asked me for money that I have refused. He was in the bus station on a wednesday back in October and he told me he just needed a quid to make up enough bus money to get home, and that he was terribly sorry to bother me. I gave him the money, went to my bus, and from the window I watched him ask nearly everyone who passed him for more money. Most gave it to him, and he put it inside the side pocket of his rucksack.
Two weeks later, he was there again and aksed me for money as I went to get my bus. I said, "Sorry, mate, I've been scammed by you before. The buses are that way."
He gave me a funny look and mumbled something under his breath before walking off. He hasn't been back since. :P
The difference was that I knew he was just lying to make some quick money from people in a hurry. But for most people, you can't really tell if they really do need some cash to get home/call home, or whatever.

@Question 6
I wouldn't be able to leave him. My conscious would absolutely kill me. No matter how I felt, I don't think I'd be able to do it--especially if I had kids. It'd be difficult... but... yeah, couldn't do it.

Question 6: If you were happily married, and then met someone you felt was certain to bring you deeply passionate, intoxicating love, would you leave your spouse? What if you had kids?
If I were happily married, why the hell would I be enticed by some other woman? Being happily married implies that I have what I want in a relationship...so, no. Not a chance.

I'd blame the midget.
