Let's see. If you don't have enough points to post your story, go critique something.
Properly. That includes telling them what is wrong, what needs fixing and why you think it needs fixing.
Use proper grammar, proper capitalisation, proper spelling, proper everything. This is a writing site.

Alright, since you're new, try to capitalize at least your I's. We'll read your stuff, but you have to read ours. :P

You have to read my shtuff first though. It's in the rules. :P
Welcome to YWO.
Should this really be here? As much as I am ecstatic to know it's your birthday and everything, doesn't this count as a welcome thread?

Welcomed be thee to the unexplored lands of corny welcomes!
And yes, rules dictate that first you must critique people, and only then can you post your stuff.
Try reading other people's critiques first so you learn to do them properly though, giving your first critique is always tough!
Needing any help, feel free to PM me!
And then you go ahead and PM a more active user after you wait over a week for my reply. :P

Just to let you all know that the "hi peeps" bit was posted in the common room section on this forum and some how/ reason got moved to this under what i posted. i just only posted hi i'm new in this bit first of all and not the second bit.
and i try my best to write it properley, I sometimes forget to put the caps in my I's and have spelling problems so please don't dis how i spell.

Whoop, too late.
The second part of your post was moved because it was irrelevant to the Common Room. Please, if you haven't already, read the rules, FAQs and critique guidelines.

Welcome to YWO, where the only way to go is up. To start, capitalization makes people happier than you may choose to believe. And if you don't know how to spell something, or you're not sure, it'd be best to look it up.
Nextly, I am surprised no one has asked you this but:
What do you write, and read?
How long have you been writing?

Welcome to the site. As everyone else has said, please pay attention to at least the basics of punctuation and grammar (capping letters, things like that). Obviously, if you don't know how to spell something, or your word processor doesn't pick it up, get a dictionary and look it up!
Oh, and lastly, go check out Survival By Storytelling Magazine! The links on right at the top of my sig. It's YWO's official magazine that publishes young writers! Help us make a second issue a possibility and buy a copy!
And that's enough from me...

We didn't ask that because we weren't sure if she could read. :P
Kidding.
Welcome.
Work on your spelling. And grammar. And capitalisation.
Then I'll be nice to you.
Until then, though, I'll probably be a plague upon your life and a complete bitch to top it off. To see proof of this, see above.
Thank you for listening. Tune in next time for more thrills, spills and psycho-bitch moments.
That is all. Goodnight. T.T
