This thread makes me sad... Kim: Welcome to YWO. Please, for the benefit of everyone here, use proper punctuation, real, full words, and proper capitalisation. The reason behind this is to get you in the habit of doing things correctly to improve your writing. You might not agree with it wholeheartedly, but that's the way things are done around here.

One question, if you're not willing to write properly or learn then why did you join a forum about writing? Chatspeak is not, and hopefully never will be considered writing. It's stupid and pointless, takes longer to read than to write and doesn't teach you anything. That's why we write properly, for starters, because look, it's so much easier to read, isn't it?

I'd say, when you come into a site you follow the rules, and don't be cheeky to everyone? A bit of respect doesn't cost anything and what do you expect anyway, it's a writing site... you're suppose to have good grammar skills which will improve if you constantly type with proper grammar, and capitals. I don't care if thats your "personality", you were being blatantly cheeky to all of the members. And kitkat there was no need to be cheeky back.
