The Common Room: Rules and Guidelines

The Common Room is like your typical off-topic area in any forum. You may discuss anything that may not be directly related to writing here. Perhaps you want to talk about that new hit movie, or about that new hit song on Top40 Radio. Whatever the topic, if it doesn’t fit anywhere else, it belongs here.

The same general rules as anywhere else apply here. Don’t be overly rude, don’t treat people like crap, and have fun.

Spamming is very flexible here, since it is an off-topic style area. Try to stay on topic. We’re not going to punish you, however, for going off on a tangent here, unless that is all you do. This will be a more spam-filled area than most because many random discussions will take place here.

Don’t double-post. Be considerate and label your posts appropriately. Avoid bumping your posts here.
