A newbie freelancer ! Need help

To get Freelance Jobs you can surf Craigslist, Elance, and a variety of other places. Just do a Google search. You need to have good communication skills and sample works to submit to potential clients, though, and often times they are rather strict on what they require (i.e. you need to sound professional, you need to write well, and you can't come off like a "noob").
