Do you have a cell phone?

I do, but the front screen's been broken for a while. It fell into the bottom of my backpack, and apparently met some of my heavy textbooks.

Yesh I do. I got mine last year and it's already pretty beat-up and scratched from the thousands of times I've dropped it on concrete. But I still love my baby ^^

Ugh, I need one so bad. My parents are too lazy to change our plan so they can add one on but I'm always on the bus and very unreachable. Plus, my two best friends don't have phones either so then theres no way to reach any of us when we go create havoc in public places.

It's not in black and white even though I voted for that, it's in green and black which is sort-of the same anyway as mobiles always used to be in green and balck . . .

Anyway, my mobile is so cool it has 'new' written next to the calculator application and also, every time someone rings me it plays a different tune --(that was because I dropped it from a 15" treehouse though . . . )

So, overall. I need a new phone . . . :D

Well... I don't have my own, and I never use it, but my sister and I share one. She'd like to have her own, but I'm fine with sharing it. I don't like phones, so cell phones are only useful to me when I need to call my parents and tell them if I'll be late or something.

The phone I have now used to be the official "best phone in the world". In terms of technology it was, but it was a brick, so if you're going for style, it wasn't the phone to have. The Nokia N95, but the N96 has come out now, which is better. I don't want the new one, though, as I only use my phone for calling, texting and taking pictures, which it is good at, as its 5 megapixels. And no, I'm not trying to brag, but I'm aware I sound like I am.

I have a Razr. Nothing interesting, fairly generic. I only really ever use it to call my parents for rides, so it doesn't really matter. Oh, and the volume is so low that I have to leave it on vibrate to be able to hear it ring.

I had one... I kinda left it in my pants pocket and my mom washed it in the washing machine... IT WASN'T MY FAULT!! It was a crappy phone anyway... the screen was broken from the inside. I'm getting a new one in like 4 months.

I think I must be the least phone-savvy person on the planet.

I recently upgraded my trusty brick (a Nokia 3315 :P) which I'd had for nigh on six years for another model which has a pretty colour display screen and can do everything except walk the dog. But seriously, as long as I can make/receive calls and send/receive texts, I'm cool.

Both my sisters are phone-crazy, though. They're constantly talking about the latest phones (which may actually be able to walk the dog! ;)) and asking my opinion ... which is, of course, a blank stare.

Kadath & I both have cell phones and we take them with whenever we go out for some reason so we can call each other if need be. If we go together, we generally only take one and just for emergency, but it doesn't have much purpose there. We don't sign on to anything like texting or game services because we really just use them to stay in touch with each other or anyone we feel like calling on the go. They're in colour :P

Yea i do. Its pretty beate nup and the screen is scrathced. It's a touch screen that i found on ebay. Not sure what make it is becuase it was unmarked when i bought it.

I wish I could get one but my mom said no! Even though I could use one (I have to use hers all the time), I offered to pay for the service and the phone, and this year she has already gone through 4 phones and my dad two anyone of which I would have been glad to have! (Maybe I should just go and use my grandmothers cellphone from 25 years ago :p)

Yes I do .It's scracted almost everywhere and I rarely opened it (only to send a mesage or when I go out ) but I kind of against of cell phones because I observe many young kids having their brand new cell phones (even though they don't have any reason to have one) and then many people (teenagers or more older sometimes ) when they just get bored instead of doing some more recrational they take their cell phones out (altough their friends are just sitting close to them ready to talk with them)

I do, it's an LG Xenon. I got it as a gift from my parents. Unfortunately, I dropped it twice and it scratched from the side :( Haven't been taken great of it lately as I expected to.

I have a Nokia 5530-XpressMusic. It's pretty awesome, and it's really useful when being grounded. I wouldn't have been able to log in on YWO if it weren't for it. :P

I don't have one for lack of a need, and age, I guess. If I really needed one then my parents would get me one. But my friends aren't really phone people. You know, substance, not superficiality, like spaghetti and you-know-what (don't worry, that's a private joke between me, Claw, L + S).

I have a Samsung Tocco, the older version I think. I don't particularly like texting on touchscreen, but it's a decent enough phone. I used to text constantly cause where I like that's how all the "cool" people socialise, but then I wised up and decided having a real social life is better than a virtual one xD

I have the Samsung Intensity II from Verizon because everyone dropped my old phone so much the screen died. I like it, for someone who spends more time texting often mindlessly with friends instead of calling, it is a good phone for me.

Seems like quite a few of us like Samsung.

Woo-hoo! Got a HTC TYTN II for christmas, texting all my old friends who I haven't spoken to in ages. Also, off topic a bit, but apparentely I have a really cute accent. I spoke to an old friend on the phone earlier (been 6-7 years since we last spoke) and she said I have a really cute accent.

I have one but I hardly ever use it. I got it last year because I wanted it, but I can't text and I have no reason to call from it.

I have a SonyEricsson K750, flashed to W800.
I use it primarily for music, since it's my only music player. A few calls are made here and then and an SMS or two when I'm not at home (where I can send 30 SMS monthly for free from the interwebz).
It's an amazing and very high quality phone, though nowdays a bit outdated.

I got it like 3 months ago because my mother upgraded to a Samsung Nexus so I got her old phone (a Nokia 6700 Classic) and I use it all the time. I'm addicted to it. Don't ask why. :rolleyes:
