Diary Format

Okay, so some of you know about my story Diaries of a Death God--which is posted on here--and how it's just a plain ol diary entry not like chapters and stuff, well the entries are chapters... but you understand right? I'll take that as a yes.

Okay so I'm still stuck on the first entry, and I don't know how to like ADD a story to it. I have the describing down but I'm not really sure how I should put him talking about his life and stuff. I'm pathetic I know, I've just never actually written in a diary or made a story about it. So, yeah not really sure how I should add stuff about like what happened during that day or like about his life and stuff.

There needs to be a problem... Like, since it is a death god (I haven't read said story...), youth.

Read a lot of stuff written in first person to get a good idea how you can put more detail into the story. That's my advice.
