I myself am quite young (who would figure with me joining a organization called Young writers online? ) but I have found the occasional site that is very helpful for professionalizing in writing. Here are two of the main ones I use, both of which absolutely free of cost and viruses:

This (http://www.shunn.net/format/story.html) one is used to show how to make a professional manuscript, not only does it tell you in full but the entire webpage is an example.

And once you've formatted your manuscript for your story, you can go here (http://duotrope.com/) to find a magazine or website to submit it to. Not only does this site act an extremely helpful resource for finding markets, but it can also be used as a log to keep track of your submissions. Making an account with it is free.

I hope you all finds these links to be of help.

Wow, thanks! That manuscript form site looks like it will be a great help, if I ever get around to submitting anything anywhere. And considering how confusing Shaun's instructions were on manuscript form for mag submissions...

Too bad I didn't see that manuscript formatting website earlier... Having a picture of what it's supposed to look like really helps. As it happened, I figured it out on my own, but thanks for these links :)

Yeah, Lizzie Brew...I helped her make it.

EDIT: Oh Bloody Hell. She has just asked me on the phone this:
"Hey Liz. Do you want my website. Here is my Name and Pass (Blah, Blah, Blah...) I am to committed enough, see you tommorow." What the hell. Well, I better get working.

EDIT EDIT: Right, I posted something on there explaining. I am going to have her hair tommorow on Msn. Ah dear! She better remove that Mary! Grrr!

EDIT EDIT EDIT: Right, I want to take down that website, because she used my name and everything. Grrrr! Sorry guys. Spam is over now, case closed, blah blah blah!
