Alright, I'm not entirely sure if this would go here, but it seems like the best place.
I'm having a problem writing...whenever I sit down and decide to write, whether it's on the computer or with a notebook in the library, I feel numb and words refuse to come out right. I'm not sure if it is writers block, because I still have all these ideas churning in my brain, but I seem unable to get any of them down on paper. It feels almost like I'm in hibernation mode or something of that nature; it is almost like I'm too tired to write, but it is like this everday and it's frustrating.
Does anyone know of a cure? Or something that might be a temporary treatment?
Now that I think about it....it probably is some kind of writers block. >.>
I think you're probably just overthinking it, specially if you already have ideas in your mind. I think just sit down and write, don't really think about the words as you write, just write. Don't worry about the quality either, once you start writing you break the curse and it comes easy after that.
[maybe try this game: http://www.youngwritersonline.net/games/writedown.html (http://www.youngwritersonline.net/games/writedown.html)]
You could even just choose ten minutes when you have time, sit down and tell yourself you have to write as much as you possibly can. The next day or hour or whatever, try to beat it in the same amount of time.
Yea that's all I can think of. Good luck.

I hate when that happens. That is one of the main things keeping me from prolific. Like you know what you want to say, but you're just not able to say it. It can be frustrating and almost painful. What I recommend is trying to write and just try not to think about the quality of the words you're putting down--like, just don't worry about it. This sometimes helps me. Remember, you can always go back and review what you wrote.
The more you write the easier it becomes to write, I've learned.

It happens to me too, but like I'm in the middle of my story and then all of a sudden I go blank I know what I want to write next but the words aren't going on to the paper, or screen. I usually just take a break after that, read some of a book then I see a word that's cool or something and words just flow into my head. Yeah I have a weird messed up brain, but that's how it works for me. It might work for you too, depending on how messed up your brain is XD
