Navbar Drop-Down Menus

I recently made a big change in the way those drop-down menus at the top are stored. The main reason is saving bandwidth. It can now be saved in your browser's cache so it won't need to be re-loaded every time you view a page.

Does it still work for everyone? (especially the View Profile and custom link, if anyone uses it?)

But why? :O You could make it the TW admin control panel, even.

EDIT: I've also improved the way the site's CSS is stored (images, colors, etc). It should still work for everyone. But if it doesn't... ;)
