Because of all the spam happening lately, the staff has taken two measures to help prevent it.

1. The registration's been changed a bit. New people now have to choose the correct image out of 4 possible ones. This method is more random and unpredictable than the old method. If the spammers managed to get past the old one, hopefully they're not smart enough to know this one too.

2. Users with 15 posts or less are now forbidden from posting links or images. Simple enough. This will probably work wonders. :D At least until we upgrade the forum. I think this measure will be only temporary until we're capable of installing better anti-spam stuff.

So, enjoy the decreased amount of spam. Hopefully. :lookout:

And when registering, don't forget to CLICK THE HAMSTER! (Joke stolen from George)

HAMSTER!!!!!!!

:)

EDIT: Grr...... I keep putting 'HAMSTER' in all caps and it keeps reverting them to lower case when I post it... it's rejecting my Shift and Caps Locks Button...

EDIT2: There we go, I wonder what had gone wrong...

She asked to take two weeks off from the site to stave off procrastination.
