ASL could mean a lot of things. Which one in particular do you have in mind?

I'm going to guess she probably means age, sex, location, as that is most popular of the 'asl'... But it shouldn't be asked, considering we have that information in our profiles... So, do you mean a different asl?:P

This girl is quite annoying me now. First, she posts a story that she can't bare to be critted and has shouted at us all, and she is now spamming up the common room (I know I do that, but at least I give meaningful spam).

Come on guys, it's possible she's new to sites like this. I mean, when I first started being online it was in chatrooms and everyone did the "asl" thing. So, it might just be something this particular person is used to.

As a rule of etiquette ritegirl, it's generally considered spam to do posts like this. A rule of thumb is try to put something up that is maybe a bit more conversation worthy. Discuss favorite music, whatever, but ASL is sort of, well, chit-chat.

Ok, chill out, I'm starting to think, maybe this is a really stupid thought, but maybe this isn't some random person.

Maybe not. I'll give her another chance before judging again. Apologies, Shaun, and ritergirl.

That thought has crossed my mind, but until we know, just treat this person as a random new person. It might be someone we know fooling with is, but it might not. Doesn't matter either way.
